It's here at last! The biggest gathering of The Faithful this side of Alpha Centauri! Wednesday night was Comic Con Preview Night in San Diego, so we'll start with a few quick reveals - then stop back throughout the day for a veritable avalanche of coverage!
Let's get started!
First, the good folks at Moebius Models are bringing us a long-awaited kit of one of the coolest vehicles ever. Previously only available in limited quantities as a boutique kit, now fans of Fantastic Voyage can have their very own version of the Proteus submarine! You'll need to find your own miniaturization lab, but this looks to be an outstanding kit!
Funko has expanded their retro Alien line with more Nostromo astronauts and a SDCC exclusive (for now) Egg Chamber playset.
Yay, Mattel! They are continuing to expand their awesome 1966 Batman line with an awesome Batcave/Batcomputer playset - check out the Bruce Wayne Adam West head and that bust of Shakespeare, suitable for opening Batpole access doors in mansions everywhere!
But best of all, Mattel is also doing a figure of Yvonne Craig's Batgirl! Bam! Pow! Looks pretty good! Can Egghead and King Tut be far behind...?
