Word has emerged that Quentin Tarantino has finished writing his western screenplay. Actor Franco Nero spilled the beans on some recent casting including himself, Keith Carradine and Treat Williams. Christoph Waltz is also rumored to be involved. Tarantino has confessed in the past a long percolating ambition to make his own Sergio Leone spaghetti western -- flashes of Leone were all over Kill Bill(s) and Inglourious Basterds -- is this script that movie? This makes my mouth water. Is the western finally back? This from a poor soul who has yet to see True Grit.
